Consuming foods that have nutrients like vitamins, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids can keep your skin looking thick, moisturised, and soft. Furthermore, proper nutrients can boost collagen production, the main structural protein that keeps your skin firm and healthy. Here are some recommended foods to eat for amazing skin:
- Fatty fish – Salmon, mackerel, and herring are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are important in keeping skin supple.

Engaging in exercise
Exercise can go a long way in weight loss and avoiding sagging skin. In most cases, fat cells shrink which leads to additional space in the skin. The best way to replace the lost fat is to build muscle through weight training exercises, helping the skin look tauter. Do note that facial exercises have not been proven effective in helping tighten loose skin, so it’s better to stick to known methods.
